Product Introduction
CYJ - series cylinder roasting machine is development and production of pharmaceutical industry ideal fry medicine processing machinery by our own design, adopt frequency converter to control the speed, can adjust the speed according to the different herb materials and temperature control. The cylinder clockwise for roasting herb medicine, counterclockwise for discharging. Speed is controlled by a knob, replaced the converter control layout, operation simple and convenient. The machine is equipped with smoke dust hood, can effectively improve the working environment, reduce pollution.Chamber of a stove or furnace adopts high temperature resistant materials, heat dissipation, less durable.
It has four models of heating, coal, electricity, diesel and gas heating. The diesel and gas heating model were equipped with a Riello burner imported from Italy.
Application:
Widely used in Chinese herb medicine factory, hospital and food making industry. roasting various sizes and kinds of herb medicine. Also can used for roasting kinds of nuts & seeds, such as peanuts, sunflower seeds and spices etc. The surface of the roasted materials is uniform. It’s the ideal roasting machine and meet requirements of GMP.
